Kornati islands, in the central part of the Adriatic sea, about 7 Nm to the Southwest of Tisno, there is an amazing group of a 110 merely uninhabited islands, known as the Kornati archipelago.

The beauty and uniqueness of the Kornati archipelago made authorities in 1980 proclaim that area a national park.
